Distance Sales Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products and services ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s e-commerce platform, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding distance selling.

2. Order and Payment

Orders are placed through our website, [www.pivento.com].
Payment must be made in full at the time of order, via approved payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards, etc.).
Orders are confirmed via email after payment is completed.

3. Delivery and Fulfillment

Products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers (dropshipping model).
Shipping times vary by product and destination, typically ranging from 7 to 20 business days.
The Seller is not responsible for customs delays, force majeure, or incorrect address details provided by the Buyer.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at support@pivento.com.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

Personalized or custom-made items
Hygiene-related products (e.g., health or grooming supplies)
Used or damaged items not caused by the Seller

6. Refund Process

Once returned goods are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Warranty and Liability

Pivento is not the manufacturer of the products. We act as an intermediary between the Buyer and the supplier.
Any warranty claims must be directed to the Seller with appropriate documentation (photos, videos).
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages or losses.
