1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Certain products (e.g., intimate items, custom orders, hygiene items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@pivento.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address we provide (may vary depending on the supplier).
- Share tracking information if available.
Note: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment processor.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account and payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a free replacement, refund, or alternative solution based on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
7. Return Shipping
- In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the item was defective or wrong due to our error, return shipping may be covered by us.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the item may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be cancelled.
